theregulationroom offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions to The Regulation Room. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Our printable workbooks (EMDR, CBT, DBT, Panic & Grounding Toolkit, and any other PDFs sold through the shop) are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. If a workbook isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll return your money — you don't need to delete the file.

Because workbooks are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion.

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle after your purchase, or
• Contact us through the Service and we will help you raise the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and are typically 5–10 business days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Free trials do not result in a charge unless you remain subscribed when the trial ends. Cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
